To be fair, Nova is always emo.
Today was a decent one. I played some disc golf with friends and, even though it was already very hot at 8:30am, had a good time. I played well enough.
I saw that Barbie movie with some friends this afternoon. They all seem to have loved it. I thought it was entertaining enough and had some funny moments. At the end of the day I’m (obviously) not the demographic. I have my thoughts on it but I don’t think this is the place. It was a 2 hour movie that felt like 3.
Oppenheimer, on the other hand, was legit good. It was a 3 hour movie that felt like 2. If you are considering watching it, I’d definitely say go check it out in the theater. The sound is intense. I probably won’t watch it again but I’m glad I saw it the one time.
